For the best-looking puzzle, upload the original, highest-resolution version of your photo.
Choose an image that is:
Avoid dark photos, blurry images, screenshots, and low-resolution images downloaded from social media. Depending on the proportions of your photo and the puzzle size selected, slight cropping may be necessary.
Puzzle dimensions vary slightly depending on the piece count selected. Because photos come in different shapes and proportions, minor cropping may be necessary to fit your image to the finished puzzle size.
For the best results, choose a photo with some extra space around the main subject. Avoid placing faces, pets, text, or other important details too close to the edges of the image, as these areas may be cropped during production.

My son and his fiance loved the puzzle as part of their Shower and then what is unfinished will go to the wedding so guests can help "put the pieces of their love story together". We hoped guests would be able to write a small note on the back of the pieces but they were just a bit too small. But that's ok...we love the puzzle and it will be a keepsake for them after the wedding.
Created a puzzle for a friend’s son who had moved into their first apartment. They love puzzles and was delighted to see a collage of photos of their cat! Made a wonderfully unique gift! The box was nice quality as were the puzzle pieces. I have not seen the completed project yet, but I’m sure they will enjoy it for a long time!

It was a gift for my wife who painted the original. I am normally bothered by the colour shifts found in puzzles but yours was very true to the original. The original work had a lot of large areas with subtle colour shifts which make solving the puzzle very hard to the point of frustration. Your letter coding on the back was a master stroke and much appreciated. Thank you

I ordered a 1000-piece puzzle and it took me 5 days to finish — talk about a serious challenge ✊😅 Maybe you guys should consider offering custom frames too! This was a gift for my wife. It is a puzzle that shows all 5 of our grandchildren. My wife loves the puzzle and we are both impressed with the quality! I will definitely purchase other customized puzzles from ya’ll !
This puzzle was a little fuzzy which made it harder to put together but it still turned out great.

I was concerned that the puzzle would be blurry but it’s perfect! I also love the wooden material you use for the puzzle pieces, they fit snug & strong. You can pick up the whole puzzle by hand & carry it which is what I did so that I could reuse my puzzle board for my next project. It’s a photo of my daughter’s working dogs. I’m getting it framed for her so she can hang it on the wall. Thank you for your expertise I’m going to choose more photos & have you turn them into beautiful puzzles. Thank you again 😊

I got a puzzle with my siblings on it and I am going to take a photo of the finished puzzle and send it to my brother who has to finish it and do the same and send it to.... My husband has decided he like jigsaws and is working away on on the dining room table.
