How long does shipping take?

Since all puzzle orders are custom made, production and shipping times take about 2-3 weeks for you to receive your custom puzzle. 

Where is my order?

For more detailed information on your order, please contact support@custompuzzleshop.com with your full name and order number. 

How do I upload my picture?

When viewing the product, under the “Upload Your Photo Here” there is a “choose file” button. Click that button and upload the photo of your choosing. 

How can I change my picture?

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to change the picture that you have provided with your order. Although, if you ordered less than 12 hours ago, we are able to cancel your order; for you to reorder with your desired picture. 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Please email support@custompuzzleshop.com to start the cancelation process. 

 

I haven’t received an order confirmation?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation, you may have misspelled your email address during checkout. Please email support@custompuzzleshop.com and we’ll take a look for you!

Why is my tracking not updating?

Nothing to worry about, this is perfectly normal! When your order is in transit and moving between countries, tracking will be slow to update (the packages are on shipping containers).
